This privacy notice for Imogen Technologies LLC and its software AirMatch (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use our services (“Services”), such as when you:

  • Visit our website at AirMatchPro.com, or any website of ours that links to this privacy notice
  • Download and use our mobile applications (AirMatch, LaserCalc Mobile), or any other application of ours that links to this privacy notice
  • Use our interactive demos, request a demo, or contact us
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events

Questions or concerns? Reading this privacy notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have questions, contact us at support@imogentech.com.

1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you provide. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for the Services, express interest in our products, fill out a form on the Site (for example, contacting us, scheduling a demo, or unlocking an offer), or otherwise contact us. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include: names, phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, company names, mailing addresses, billing addresses, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, and payment-related details.

Sensitive information. With your consent, or as otherwise permitted by law, we may process sensitive information needed to deliver specific features of the AirMatch application — for example, creditworthiness data or government identifiers submitted through financing workflows. We do not collect this information on the marketing website.

Payment data. If you make purchases, payment is processed and stored by Stripe. You can read Stripe's privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.

Application data. If you use our mobile application(s), we may collect — only if you grant access or permission — geolocation information (to provide location-based features; you can change this in your device settings) and permission to send push notifications (which you can turn off in your device settings).

Information automatically collected. With your consent (see the cookie banner and our Cookies Policy), we collect analytics information when you use the Site — such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate location derived from IP address. Our interactive demos may also record which sample brands and equipment you explore so we can follow up helpfully if you ask us to.

Text messages (SMS). By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from AirMatch and Imogen Technologies. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or phone-related information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

2. How do we process your information?

  • To respond to your questions, demo requests, and support inquiries
  • To facilitate account creation, authentication, and management of user accounts
  • To provide, improve, secure, and administer our Services, and to prevent fraud
  • To send you information you asked for (such as an offer code) and, with your consent, marketing communications — you can opt out at any time
  • To identify usage trends and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing (with your consent for analytics)
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms and Conditions

We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

3. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information in these situations:

  • Service providers. Vendors who perform services for us under written contracts — such as website hosting (Vercel), data storage (Supabase), analytics (PostHog), scheduling (Cal.com), payment processing (Stripe), financing (GoodLeap, when you use financing features), and email/SMS delivery. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Business transfers. In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
  • Affiliates. With our affiliates, who must honor this privacy notice.
  • Legal. Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

Yes — but analytics cookies stay off until you accept the consent banner, and you can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Details about the specific cookies and technologies we use, and how to control them, are in our Cookies Policy.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we delete or anonymize it — or, if that is not possible (for example, backup archives), we securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. You should access the Services within a secure environment.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete the data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, contact us at support@imogentech.com.

8. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You can unsubscribe from marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in our emails, by replying STOP to texts, or by contacting us. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you may complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Account information. You can review or change your account information by logging into your account settings, or contact us to terminate your account. On termination we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with legal requirements.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control

Because our analytics are off by default and only run after you affirmatively accept the cookie banner, visitors whose browsers send a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) or Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal are not tracked unless they choose to accept analytics. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is no sale/share for such signals to opt out of.

10. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

Yes. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”) gives you the rights to:

  • Know/Access — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed
  • Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information and will not do so in the future
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information — where we process sensitive personal information (only in application financing workflows), you may direct us to limit its use to what is necessary to perform the Services
  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, company, IP address); customer records (contact and billing information); commercial information (products considered, purchases); internet activity (with consent — pages viewed, interactions with the Site); professional information (company and job details you provide); and, for application financing workflows only, sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers and creditworthiness data). We collect these from you directly and, for automatic data, from your device with your consent. We use and disclose them for the business purposes described in Sections 2 and 3.

Shine the Light (Civil Code §1798.83): California residents may request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@imogentech.com, call (916) 877-8170, or use our contact form. We will verify your request (by matching information you provide against what we have on file) and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent; we may deny a request from an agent who does not submit proof of valid authorization.

11. Do other US state residents have specific privacy rights?

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon — may have similar rights: to confirm whether we process your personal data; to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of it; and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising or such profiling. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where reasonably necessary). If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing support@imogentech.com; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

12. Do we make updates to this notice?

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page, and material changes may be notified by prominent posting or direct notification.
