Cookies Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
This Cookies Policy (the “Policy”) for Imogen Technologies LLC describes what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones AirMatchPro.com and its related products and services (the “Services”) use, why we use them, and how you can control them. For how we use, collect, and manage your personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Related technologies — such as browser local storage, pixels, and software development kits — serve similar purposes. Together they let a website remember your actions and preferences (such as a login, a consent choice, or items in progress) so you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit or move between pages.
Your consent comes first
When you first visit the Site, a consent banner asks whether to allow analytics. Analytics stay off unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page, which re-opens the banner. Declining analytics does not limit your use of the Site.
The cookies and technologies we use
Strictly necessary (no consent required):
- Consent choice — your Accept/Decline choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask on every page.
- Demo session — our interactive demos store a random session identifier in local storage so your demo progress and offer status work correctly. It contains no personal information by itself.
Analytics (only after you accept):
- PostHog — a product analytics service we use to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, browser and device type, approximate location from IP address). We use this in aggregate to improve the Site. PostHog's privacy documentation is at posthog.com/privacy.
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate page performance and visit metrics from our hosting provider; it does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
Third-party functionality (loaded when you use the feature):
- Cal.com — powers the demo-scheduling calendar on our Schedule a Demo page. When you book, Cal.com may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising, behavioral-targeting, or social-media tracking cookies on the Site, and we do not sell or share information collected by cookies.
How to control cookies
- Consent banner — decline analytics when first asked, or change your choice anytime via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
- Browser settings — you can set your browser to remove or reject cookies and clear local storage (see your browser's Help section). Doing so may affect some features of this and other websites.
- Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control — because analytics are off unless you opt in, browsers sending DNT or GPC signals are not tracked unless you affirmatively accept.
Amendments and modifications
Imogen Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, effective upon posting the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Please check this page regularly for updates; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
